A surreal, gravity-defying music video for EMPRS’ debut single “The Void” follows dancer Emma Belabed as she drifts, bounces, and contorts through the vast vertical interior of the National Lift Tower before breaking out onto its exterior walls. Shot with the camera aligned to the tower’s surfaces to make walls read as floors, the piece transforms her aerial choreography into an uncanny battle with altered gravity, blurring the line between confinement and escape.
